  • organize events — from happy hours to networking clubs;

  • ensure comfort and order in the space, coordinating the work of colleagues;

  • respond quickly and kindly to residents’ requests and feedback;

  • Competitive salary;

  • Bonuses: commission on sales and motivation system for outstanding achievements.

🎁 Perks our team loves:

  • Gym access;

  • Participation in runs, great corporate events, and interest-based clubs;

  • Prime central locations: Arsenalna, Gulliver BC, Senator BC;

  • And most importantly – a community that will divide your life into “before” and “after CS.”

🚀 How to Apply

Send your resume + a short video (up to 60 seconds) titled “Why I’m your next Community Manager” and include 3 things you would improve in the space during your first month.
