📋 Your daily responsibilities:

• organize onboarding for new residents: introduce them to the space, its rules, and the Creative States culture;

• assist with meeting room bookings and workspace sales;

• organize events — from happy hours to networking clubs;

• ensure comfort and order in the space, coordinating the work of colleagues;

• respond quickly and kindly to residents’ requests and feedback;

• monitor safety and adherence to space standards;

• work with internal documentation and reporting (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms), systematizing data and analyzing how the space is used daily.
