We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team who understands and shares the philosophy of Creative States, based on two main principles:

Responsibilities

• Ensure the company complies with legislative requirements and standards related to its activities.
• Develop and improve the company’s legal policies.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documents.
• Advise management and other company departments on legal aspects of their activities.
• Interact with external legal advisors and government authorities.
• Participate in tax audits and prepare reports based on their results.
• Maintain the legal archive and monitor document expiration dates.

 

Requirements

• Higher education in law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of civil, administrative, commercial, tax, and labor law.
•  Experience in resolving tax disputes, representing and defending the company’s interests with regulatory authorities during audits, etc.
• Experience in challenging decisions of regulatory authorities (audit results, suspension of VAT invoices/adjustments).
• Experience in claims and litigation, representing and defending the company’s interests in courts of all instances.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and find effective solutions.
•  High literacy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and make responsible decisions.
• Ability to work under stress and within limited time frames.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.

 Your Responsibilities

• Develop the company's marketing strategy in line with its goals and target audience.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of office rental services.
• Possess practical knowledge in digital marketing, setting up and controlling advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google, and implementing fresh solutions.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and implement corrections.
• Manage social media and develop the company's online presence.
• Create engaging and interactive content for the audience.
• Monitor and interact with clients through social networks.
• Highlight events and exhibitions in which the company participates.
• Create content about the internal atmosphere of our community.
• Analyze the effectiveness of online marketing activities (contextual advertising, SEO, SMM, website content), optimize lead conversions, control the content generated by the SMM manager, improve the project website, develop our coolest app, ensure the correctness and creativity of texts at all our locations.
• Analyze marketing strategies in the commercial real estate market.
• Control the marketing budget and calculate ROI in each direction.

 

Our Requirements

• Fluent in Ukrainian, knowledge of English.
• Experience in marketing.
• Experience in brand management or marketing.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques.
• Creativity and high responsibility.
• Self-presentation and communication skills, ability to understand tasks. Experience with CRM systems is a big plus.
• Business correspondence and etiquette skills.
• Be neat, organized, systematic thinking, not whining, and able to defend your ideas.
• Be an extrovert, a spark plug, have emotional intelligence, be bold and adequate.
• Experience in commercial real estate is a big plus.

 Our Expectations
We are looking for a Financial Manager who understands and shares the philosophy of Creative States, which is based on two main principles:

• Freedom and responsibility.
• Act in the best interests of the company.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and control all company revenues.
• Provide management reports on revenue structure, pricing, clients, etc.
• Calculate bonuses for the sales team.
• Control and work with clients on debt collection, reconciliation of accounts.
• Participate in cost calculations for services.
• Coordinate agreements with sales, finance, legal, accounting, and administrative departments regarding client-used services.
• Develop new procedures and instructions for the team.
• Work with CRM and MS Excel.
• Prepare monthly management reports on company revenues, debts, etc. (for company departments and external users), keeping all information up to date.
• Other operational tasks.

 

Your Qualifications

• Relevant work experience of at least 2-3 years.
• Higher education in accounting or economics.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle non-standard situations, creativity, and desire to help clients.
• Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Systematic thinking, ability to structure information and build processes.
• Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset.
• Deep knowledge of MS Excel, ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level.
