Creative State of Arsenal 3 will be located on the territory of the Arsenal Factory - right in the city center, near Arsenalna metro station. The opening is planned for the summer of 2023. This location will be made "in a family concept" so that it is comfortable not only for adults, but also for children. The location will have a service of nannies and teachers who will take care of the children while their parents are at work. This is a three-story location with a size of more than three thousand square meters. The lower floor will serve as a shelter at the same time. The location will have a lounge area, an event hall, a chef's kitchen, meeting rooms, showers, bathrooms and a cinema. Offices will be styled as studios with kitchens and meeting rooms. Design like Lego will consist of ready-made samples. Office solutions will also be ready.
